About
We arrangethe flight
ALTORA is a charter broker. We don't own aircraft and we don't operate them. What we do is know which ones to call.
What a broker is
No fleetto protect
An operator sells you their aircraft, because it is the one they have. A broker sells you the right aircraft, because they have no aircraft to protect. That is the whole difference, and it is why brokers exist.
It also means the only way we win is by being right about the aircraft — not by filling a particular tail.

How we're paid
One price,stated plainly
We are paid by a margin on the charter, disclosed inside the single price you see. There is no separate broker fee, no percentage added at checkout, and no incentive for us to put you on a larger aircraft than the trip needs.
You never see an operator's base rate, because it is not the number you are buying. You see the final, all-inclusive figure that holds until the offer expires — and that is the figure on the agreement.
Our standards
How we vetevery flight
Certificated operators only
Every flight is flown by an AOC holder in good standing.
Documents checked per flight
Aircraft airworthiness, insurance and crew currency, verified for your dates — not once a year.
Independent ratings consulted
Where a third-party safety audit exists for an operator, we read it before we quote.
Written agreement before departure
No flight is confirmed on a phone call alone.
The desk
A person,not a queue
Every request is read, sourced and answered by a named advisor working from Cairo. You can call them, and they will know your file. The desk is staffed around the clock because charter requests do not respect office hours.
