The process

How itworks

From your first message to your flight brief, in four steps. Here's exactly who does what, and when.

01

You request

Pick your route and dates — one-way, return, or as many legs as the trip needs. Before you send anything you'll see the route drawn on a map, the great-circle distance in kilometres and nautical miles, and an estimated flight time for every aircraft category. Add your passengers, luggage, pets, catering, ground transfer — anything that matters. It takes about a minute.

02

Your advisor curates

Your request reaches a named advisor the moment you send it, day or night. We canvass the operator market for your dates, confirm the aircraft is genuinely available, check the operator's certification and insurance, and negotiate the rate. You get two to four options — usually within four hours — each with the aircraft, the schedule, the flight time and one all-inclusive price. We do not send you a list of everything that flies; we send you the ones worth considering.

03

You book

Compare the options side by side in your account: aircraft, cabin, seats, flight time, price, and how long each offer holds. Choose one, read the charter agreement in full on screen, and accept it in a click — we record who accepted, when, and which version of the document, so there is never a question later. We then send a secure Stripe payment link for the booking fee. The balance is settled by transfer per the agreement.

Everything documented

Your charter agreement, your invoice and your flight brief are generated automatically and filed in your document centre. The flight brief carries the schedule in local time, the aircraft and tail, the terminal and FBO, your passenger list, and the numbers to call on the day. Download it whenever you like, for as long as you keep the account.

Questions

The thingspeople ask

Because a real charter price doesn't exist until an operator commits a specific aircraft to your specific dates. The "from" prices you see elsewhere are marketing figures that move the moment you enquire. What we send you is a quotation: a named aircraft, a fixed schedule, a price that holds for a stated period, and an operator who has agreed to fly it.

For a straightforward European or regional sector, 48 hours is comfortable and same-day is often possible. Destinations with permit requirements, peak ski weekends and major events need considerably more notice — there the constraint is availability, not price.

The aircraft, the crew, fuel, standard handling and the taxes we can foresee at the time of quoting. Catering beyond the standard offering, ground transport and de-icing are quoted separately or charged at cost. Each offer states what it covers.

Before you accept the charter agreement you can cancel a request freely, from your account. After acceptance the terms of the agreement apply — cancellation scales vary by operator and are set out in the document you accept, before you accept it.

A certificated third-party air carrier. We are a broker: we arrange the flight, and the operator holds the air operator certificate and full operational control. Where the operator's name is not shown on an offer, it is because that operator asks us not to publish it — the certification checks are the same either way.

Usually yes, and it is one of the better reasons to fly private. Tell us in the request: some operators do not accept animals in the cabin, and knowing up front changes which aircraft we canvass rather than causing a problem later.

Far less than most people expect on light jets — baggage volume, not seat count, is the usual constraint. Tell us what you are carrying, especially skis, golf bags or hard cases, and we will size the aircraft to the bags as well as the party.

Not yet. We quote every flight individually today. Empty-leg inventory is a later addition and we would rather not advertise a list we cannot honour.

Offers are issued in euros or US dollars, and the currency is fixed on the offer — there is no conversion applied afterwards. The booking fee is paid through a secure payment link; the balance is settled by bank transfer.

Your documents are stored encrypted and served over expiring private links. Passenger details go to the operating carrier and ground handlers because a flight cannot be arranged without them, and nowhere else. You can export or delete your account from your settings.
